Pricing questions
Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 1 connected account, 1 active campaign, and 500 leads per month with no credit card required. You can upgrade at any time.
What counts as a lead?
A lead is created each time a keyword campaign triggers — someone comments your keyword on a monitored post. Each unique trigger is counted as one lead for the billing period.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I hit my lead limit?
Campaign automation will pause for the remainder of the billing period once your plan limit is reached. You can upgrade to a higher plan to resume immediately.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. All plans are currently billed monthly.
Is there a refund policy?
Payments are generally non-refundable, but we review billing issues on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for full details.
