1. Introduction
Someo (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a social media automation platform that helps businesses, creators, coaches, and agencies automate comment workflows, deliver links, capture leads, and analyse campaign performance across social media platforms.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our platform, website, and related services (“Services”). By using Someo, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the Services:
- Account information: name, email address, company or brand name, billing status, and workspace details when you register.
- Campaign settings: keyword triggers, reply templates, step sequences, and campaign configurations you create.
- Connected account metadata: platform usernames, page IDs, and encrypted access tokens required to operate integrations.
- Billing information: payment method details processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store raw card numbers.
- Support communications: messages you send to our team via email or contact form.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction events within the dashboard.
4. Lead and Campaign Data
When a keyword campaign triggers, Someo creates a lead record. Lead records may contain:
- Commenter username and platform profile identifier
- The triggering comment text and matched keyword
- Campaign name, platform, and source post
- Link click events and timestamps
- Custom tags, notes, or fields added by you or your team
- Email address or phone number only when the lead voluntarily submits them through a lead capture step
- Campaign analytics events (triggers fired, replies sent, conversions)
Lead data belongs to you and your workspace. We process it only to operate the platform and provide analytics, and we do not use it for our own marketing.
5. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Someo platform

We do not sell your data and do not use it to train third-party AI models.
7. Third-Party Services

- Database and hosting: Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Vercel or equivalent cloud hosting provider

13. International Data Transfers
Someo and its service providers operate in multiple countries. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own — including countries with different data protection laws.
Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or other approved mechanisms.
14. Platform API Compliance
Someo uses official APIs provided by social media platforms. Our automation is strictly limited to API-supported functionality:
- We do not support fake engagement, bot activity, credential scraping, auto-following, auto-liking, or spam automation
- Replies and messages are triggered by genuine user intent (a keyword comment) — not sent randomly or in bulk
- We use soft engagement prompts only (e.g., “Did you save or share?”) and do not hard-gate content delivery
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Someo complies with the terms of service of each connected social platform
15. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Restriction: request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@someo.app. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notification.
